Eyespot Introduces Eyespot Mobile Share Application at Brew 2006 Conference

Eyespot Takes Mobile Video Beyond Capture and Send; Gives Consumers the Ability to Receive, Play, Search, Rank and Share Video Directly From Mobile Phones

Eyespot Corp., the world’s first online video editing and remixing community, today introduced its latest product, Eyespot Mobile Share, developed for QUALCOMM’s BREW® solution. The application will give consumers new ways to interact with video directly from their phones, with functions such as record, play, search, rank, receive and publish. Eyespot Mobile Share is an innovative application that provides value to mobile operators by allowing them to leverage recent trends in user-generated content and social networking, with consumers able to access the Eyespot Mobile Share application directly from their mobile phones. Eyespot will showcase its products and demonstrate the Eyespot Mobile Share application at booth #2 at the BREW 2006 Conference, being held May 31-June 2 in San Diego.

Eyespot Mobile Share integrates tightly with Eyespot.com, where consumers can easily upload, edit, mix together and share video clips, audio files or photos in one place online. Rather than simply sending video from their phone to others, consumers can now easily upload video to their Eyespot.com account, edit and mix the content, and share the modified video with friends and family. Eyespot Mobile Share offers consumers the following features:

-- Share -- Publish videos and photos captured on mobile phones to online
Eyespot accounts, with the option to save them to a gallery, post to a blog
and share with Eyespot groups. Users also can access an Eyespot address
book to share quickly with family and friends.
-- Receive -- Receive videos in the Eyespot Mobile Share inbox; users
receive an alert when a new video has arrived.
-- Play -- Play or delete any video, with added options such as rewind,
    fast-forward and pause.
-- Rank -- Rank any video using a one-to-five star rating system. By
automatically posting videos to Eyespot.com, the community can rank videos
    remotely via their handsets.
-- Search -- Search for Eyespot videos directly from a mobile phone, and
select them to download and play or publish back to Eyespot online
    accounts.
-- Edit, Mix and Remix Online -- Once mobile videos are in the Eyespot
account online, consumers can edit files for length, mix content with other
content and remix with other media in the Eyespot community.

“Eyespot Mobile Share will bring the ‘shoot, mix and share’ benefits of Eyespot.com to mobile users through an easy-to-use phone interface,” said Jim Kaskade, Eyespot founder, president and chief executive officer. “By developing an application for the BREW solution, we are opening the door for even more consumers to share their digital videos and connect with the Eyespot.com community in new ways.”

“We are excited about Eyespot’s Mobile Share application and the level of interactivity it provides to consumers via their mobile device,” said Sachin Deshpande, head of developer relations for QUALCOMM Internet Services. “Eyespot provides mobile operators the opportunity to bring two consumer trends to the mobile phone — digital video sharing and community-driven environments. It is great to see companies like Eyespot using the BREW solution to create applications that encourage interaction and content sharing between the Web and mobile phones.”
