Eyespot Launches Plug-and-Play Video Production Studio for Online Content and Website Owners

Interactive Video Mixer Can Be Up-and-Running in Minutes; Drives Engagement, Monetization, and Viral Sharing

Eyespot has now made its industry-recognized video production suite available to content owners and Website publishers as a self-serve Web application at www.eyespotnetwork.com. Eyespot’s video mixing technology is already in use by leading content companies such as Lucasfilm, Ltd., the NBA and Fox Interactive Media. Now, any online community or marketing agency with Web administration capabilities can use the same technology to drive consumer engagement and ignite viral sharing. It is a completely hosted solution that brands can implement in minutes.

“Personalization and engagement are the keys to creating viral online video,” said Jim Kaskade, President and CEO of Eyespot. “Whether you are a major brand like Coke, or a large digital media producer like Viacom, or a social networking property like Facebook, you need to leverage your online user’s interest in producing and personalizing content. Now Eyespot has opened this capability up to any property — large or small.”

Eyespot’s mixer empowers consumers to create personalized videos using a variety of assets (user-generated content, professional content, mobile footage) and layering in personal effects (music, visual treatments, text), all within an intuitive, drag-and-drop interface. One popular application of Eyespot’s mixing technology is the ability to create interactive video contests using “mixables” through a self-service campaign platform. Recent Eyespot-powered contests include those for music artists like Lil Wayne, Tokio Hotel, and Judas Priest.

The mixer is part of Eyespot’s Video Personalization Suite, which includes:
